WEEK 10 in FINLAND!!

Another one Bites the Dust!!!  It sounds like everyone is doing amazing man you guys are great!! 

Ok I speak finnish 4 days a week with the companionship all day until we walk back into the apartment! We have 3 new investagators and we try and visit the new-inactive converts each week!! They love the missionaries! its just hard to be a new member in the ward cause our ward doesnt really fellowship them that much so we try to stay on top of that!! I would love to go up north for the experience just hearing people talk about being up north sounds so much fun but i am having a blast with all the people down here its no worries where i go cause i always make it fuN!! Right? RIGHT!!!  

So last monday was fun we had some of our friends teach us how to dance!! THANKS MOM i have no rythm whatsoever it sucks but oh well i can just look ridiculous at my wedding i am ok with that!! So after pday we had Spilts! one of the ZL's came with us and Robby went with the other ZL!! Man Elder mortensen is a stud he came over and looked at our pictures he approved of all of my pictures haha it was funny than went to bed!

Tuesday we had to prepare the second lesson the plan of salvation in finnish cause we had a big teach at 5 we went over what parts we were going to teach and it went well!! Elder pettus hurt his back so we took him to the office and me and Morty went out contacting in the metro's!! We got 5 numbers and and 8 other teaches NOW THAT IS A Day the time flew and we got a long Fantastically!! But man the discussion cancelled on us and we were bummed but yet we still made the best of it and contacted some more!! Robby was happy to come home his day went really well!! i love contacting on the metro's just talking to people in the language knowing that i am killing it but they love that i am trying and they think it is awesome!! 

Wednesday was a good day just a whole lot of metros!! man it kind of hard like you said ej things are really repetitive however you spell it but if we do what is right we will be blesssed!! 8 hours of tracting man haha i am sorry dont sign me up for that!! I was doing really good i got 4 numbers by myself every single person i saw i spoke with!! 

Thursday morning i taught my comps the first lesson cause friday was language school and had to give it to the language coordinator!! that went well just needed to practice on a few more things thats all!! Man this weeks AMerican night was lame not that many showed up!! yeah dad its the main thing of the week but we dont spend that much time on it at all we have a weekly meeting on wednesday nights plan the game and what to do and just play it that night!

Man friday Language school this is where i had to see all my companions from the MTC! I didnt like it one bit i thought i was going to not see them for 2 years but i just didnt talk much kept to myself didnt really have much to say but it went really good they taught us how to better our language we had to make a milk shake in all finnish giving instructions and all that good stuff! and i told the whole first lesson to AP Mock he said i have improved alot and just need to slow down how fast i speak and some words!! Than what a glorious time 3:30 came around and it was temple time! Robby and Pettus were there to do a session with us i was so glad to see them again haha I LOVE THE TEMPLE like you said dad! whereever you are it is so worth the trip to go to the lords house... I felt so much peace and love from him and i know that i am going to learn this language one way or another haha!! I cant wait to go to the temple with all you guys again that one day was awesome with my whole family in the celestial room just felt so right and what the lord has wanted! i cant wait til i can be sealed with my wife in and children!! EJ no falling asleep during the 6:30AM session with jared anymore haha i remember you were telling me that you silly guy!!

Saturday was a day of teaches contacting and just doing the same as the week! we met with this guy named hallar he brought this game called cash flow wow what a sweet game and we taught him stuff while playing it!!Sunday was good we went tracting after church and it WAS POORING Rain the whole day good thing i had a nice coat but man my shoes got soaked! So while we were tracting me and robby got in an argument about some stupid things it was the first one we have had ever so it sucked and it was at a door tracting so we didnt talk to eachother for a while but we both hated the feeling and knew we are GREAT Friends so we talked and apologized i think we need those times to really grow with eachother He is such a stud i am glad you got his letter Write him back but today We went to FAZER factory it is the FInnish chocolate factory we went on this big huge tour and man it was great we ate an endless supply of chocolate i will be sending you a bar in the mail dont you were so be expecting!! This mission is a great great experience and i am so glad i have memebers in my family be a great example in my life!! This church is true i see how it blesses lifes of people here in this place and in my life!! i know that i am doing all that i can be!! i am not going tanning and all that stuff to look good i am just trying to make my face clear up so i can be confident cause you all know how i hate when i brake out but just know i am doing the things i am suppose and should be doing!! I am making the CAFFARO name and THe lords name proud i wish you all a great week and many loves and prayers!!

Week 9 in FINLAND!! (SORRY NO PICTURES!!)

This is seriously creeping me out that i am writing you guys again!! 

So this week has been very slow i am not so sure what to talk about!! So at first of the week we werent getting our mail something was up so dont you worry your boy johnny took care of it and called the posti office and complained and they said that the posti lady wasnt able to get into our building so they had a stack of mail just chillin for us!! Man i was going to kill that lady ha ha... it wasnt the same as it falling through the door!! 

Tuesday we went to the temple with an investagator man it was great the weather has been unreal here so nice but today is the START of FREEZINGness haha!!! So wednesday was district meeting it was really good our ZL's gave us a great lesson and than after we had to pretend to contact other missionaries! We have some cool missionaries down in the Sink but i am hoping i can go to the North somewhere for winter time!! So that same day we went to Stockman its like a Nordstroms but more expensive and they were having HULLUT Päivät insane sales so i got two new WHITE Eurpean Shirts that have the SWEET Color i'll bring some home for everybody whenever that will be haha and came back to the house and ironed them they look GREAT now i just need to find some pants and i will be a true FINN!! 

Thursday we had another school presentation and it was fun the class were a bunch of 15 year olds so it was really funny they were laughing at us and yet Shocked we could speak finnish and when i say we i mean E.Robinson haha he pretty much talks the whole time!! Hopefully soon that will be me haha!! We met this guy named Ndof and he is a great guy but what shocked me the most we started teaching him and he ask who is Jesus christ i was like No way are you serious i have never not heard of anyone not knowing who Jesus Christ was it was Mind Bottling haha yes i said Mind bottling like you know when all your thought are in a bottle!! But he was muslim and it was crazy hard to explain all these things to him cause he thinks that god just called another prophet after Jesus Christ !! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!! SOME ONE NOT KNOWING ABOut our SAVOIR!! I know so much more about him and everything that he has done for us! With out him i would be lost right now we all would be! He has done so much for us its unbelieveable!! Man testimony grows of him by the day! He is truly the man!! We had English night after that it was pretty good we didnt have that good of a turn out but it was still fun we still got a lot of teaches out of it at the end! We had a DA with this lady from the Congo's it was nice to be there but the food not so good and while we were giving her a spiritual lesson someone knocked on the door! It was other ward members bringing her food! Man i felt so bad so bad she didnt fed us when she doesnt have a lot! Now that is true sacrafice! it touched me so much to see a member go to all the trouble to make sure the missionaries ate! It was a tender moment that is for ceartin! Than we went tracting with a full not so happy stomach!! We went to the first building and we and E. pettus were up man oh man it was hard than the lady asked when we thought christmas was and we totally didnt understand her cause she was asking about the savoirs birth!! So i think that lady's salvation is on pause for the moment ha ha! So the next door we knocked on was a man's and he was from NEW jersery it was fun to talk to him we talked to him about an hour At the very begining he came out side shut the door and said ELDERS TALK ME haha we started laughing we taught him a lot of stuff and he had a lot of questions! we got his number and he said he is coming to church on sunday so hopefully he will!! He is a mason religion like Joseph smith was i just learned that all that night tracting!

Next day we went to go help this old lady move that we tracted into a while ago and we were thinking the worst cause all the other Moves we have done no ward members were there! This lady wasnt a memebr either! but Wow when we got there, there was 15 people a huge truck it was great i am so happy that we had to help and got it done quick!

After church we contacted for 4 hours long time tracting my legs were about to fall off! No worries Family i have been taking Ibprophen or however you spell it! It's just going to be a while til i get use to this whole walking thing! I am going to start to do legs In my works outs! But i know this church is the true church man its been such a blessing to learn and grow and apply the things i learned into my life and into the lives of others! i know this mission is the greatest thing that i can be doing FOR SURE Its has its hard times but man when those good times come it is BEAUTIFUL to really feel the arms of the lord wrapped upon you!! But i love you all so very much.

I love you so much! Mom You are truly the best cheerleader thats for sure i love you keep cheering me on haha!!

WEEK 8 in FINLAND!!

Hey there man my family rocks HARD CORE haha!!
Ok dad yes yes yes and yes I watched conference we watched the Sunday morning session at 7pm in finland I have never ever gotten so much out of conference than this one man I took 4 pages of notes its GREAT haha!! Ok we watched priesthood at 12pm on Sunday Yep, you better believe that I went and bought snacks to give myself after the congregational hymn!! It brought back all the times you tried to trick us you sly dog haha!! Ok we watched the Saturday afternoon at 3 pm and watched the Sunday morning one at 7pm and missed out on the Sunday evening session which we were bummed about but wow Talk about amazing talks!! Stand in the place and lift for sure that was a great one and also Hollands Talking about angels now that was some deep doctrine for sure!! I know I have had angels now in my life My mother and Father and little angels my siblings! they don't have to be immortal angels to guide you and help you!! I know that my angels are my families !! Man that story of that 7 year old boy touched me so hard as he had enough faith to call upon god at his greastest time of need and his dad dressed in white came and helped him wow!! If I was at home I probably would have not heard most of these stories but I am glad I got to be on my mission and be 100 percent opened to the spirit!! 

So this week was a blast for me I have been working out hard and just staying super positive! So on the metro's we have to split up to go contacting cause going to someone in a 3 person would scare the crap out of them goodness!! haha So on Wednesday we tracted for 4 and half hours and I was talking to everyone ALL IN FINNISH just asking questions doing everything I knew how to say it was awesome and I learned new stuff carried on 10 minute conversations with old ladies I was understanding kind of but man it made the day go by so fast and I had a JOLLY good time.. haha they were all impressed with my finnish and how I was speaking so well!! 

So American night is cracking down so we have to go on spilts so I went out with the ZL and went contacting for another 2 hours wow talk about a contact day but I was just enjoying it and just being a missionary!! I can tell you right now that so far on my mission I have been doing everything that has beem asked of me and I will continue to do so, cause as like ej and dad have said they felt like they have givin it there all and I want no regrets!! I am absolutely loving the work! I know it gets old at times doing the same thing over and over but hey we gotta do what we gotta do!! So Tracting hasn't really been my strong point but this week it was I was just preaching to the people just pulling out the goold ol' first lesson right at the door! one door I called myself veli robinson cause I have heard robby say it so many times but hey its was hilarious!! Man there really isn't much to say this week it was great my new coat is good I am happy... I have my canteen filled with the great doctrine of our leaders!! Man President Monson is powerful his talk was Fantastic couldn't have heard better words at that time!! Saying that when we want tomorrow to come we have a bunch of piled up yesterdays so true! That's why I will be ready for everyday and enjoy everyday! Life is what we make of it family no regrets in the mission how about no regrets in life haha Deal!! ok good I am glad we are all now on the same page!!  hey did you see the talk by the Lawrencce E Corbridge? that was the same guy that wrote the 4th missionary wow it was INCREDIBLE I hope you have read it by now!! I found a bide and it cost 30£'s anyone want one haha I will be bringing myself one that's for sure!! keep the hand written letters coming man its great!! Life is great Caffaro's made the chocolate cake!!
